With just one week left to register, we are pleased to announce the addition of Greg Last, VP Property Management for Tonko Realty Advisors to our panel discussion on greening industrial lands.
What is shaping the future for industrial lands development and how can sustainable development of industrial lands bolster a green economy? How will municipal sustainability mandates influence the development of industrial lands and what will it mean for developers, investors, designers, and communities?  

 

The session will feature an expert panel, discussion and networking session followed by an optional tour of the False Creek Energy Plant.

False Creek Energy Plant Tour (optional): 
Led by Kieran McConnell, P.Eng., LEED® AP, NEU Systems Engineer for the City of Vancouver. Kieran has provided technical oversight to the project since 2007, and continues to be involved in the operation and expansion of the district energy system in Southeast False Creek (tour spaces limited).
