UNNA & CO. soaps are free of artificial colors, preservatives, lanolin, SD alcohol, formaldehyde and animal products and by products. No Sodium Lauryl, Sodium Sulfate or Sodium Hydroxide and cruelty free. Beyond its therapeutic use, UNNA & CO. soaps make an elegant gift or simply invite a bit of self-indulgence.
Natural essential oils, herbs, charcoal, botanicals, grains, and fruits contribute to the full-spectrum of texture and color of the UNNA & CO. exotic soap collection. UNNA & CO. soaps contain naturally occurring glycerin, which creates an exceptional super-rich and creamy lather. The result is a soap designed to mildly and gently moisturize the skin while deeply cleansing the pores. Obtained through a stringent extraction, UNNA & CO. relies on 100% naturally pure coconut oil, rice bran oil, sunflower oil and sesame oil. These special oils are added to the soaps to create a smooth lather and extra nourishment for dry skin.
All herbs are organically cultivated in our gardens on our plantation estate and hand picked by our family members. Ingredients not grown on our estate are purchased at the organic and natural farmers market under the patronage of His Majesty the King of Thailand Royal project.
The boxes are handmade from natural hand-woven Thai silk, and are hand dyed to match the vibrant colors of the soaps in each collection. All the silks are handmade in Northern Thailand by various families at their homes. The continuous support for silk weaving at home will encourage the preservation of the traditional silk weaving method passed from the old generation to the new generation. When the soaps are gone, the boxes themselves make a lovely keepsake.
